Role Overview

Reo Group is partnering with a specialist insurance business to recruit a Claims Operations Lead on a fixed-term basis. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new claims management system, taking a hands-on role across system design, testing, and rollout whilst working closely with internal claims and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new claims management system across the business.
• Drive system design, configuration, user testing, and rollout in a structured and pragmatic manner.
• Work closely with internal claims, operations, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the implementation programme.
• Support change management and training to embed the new system effectively across the claims function.

Candidate Profile

• Solid end-to-end claims experience within a general insurance environment.
• Proven track record delivering claims system transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Pragmatic and hands-on, with the ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
