We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on building and scaling to come in as Client Director. Someone who can position our client as the go-to partner for digital, cloud, and AI transformation. This is a rare opportunity to lead expansion into new markets, with you at the helm driving growth from the ground up. You’ll leverage your network to open doors, land new logos, and build a high-value portfolio backed by established delivery capability from New Zealand, Europe, and the US.

Profile
- 5–10+ years leadership in IT consulting environments
- Strong Delivery Management background (5+ years)
- Proven track record landing, managing and growing strategic/enterprise client accounts
- Experience owning financials, margin, and revenue targets
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management up to executive level
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
- Microsoft/Cloud ecosystem experience
- Experience working with vendors and complex delivery environments
