About the Role
We are seeking friendly, energetic and customer-focused Club Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This hands-on role offers variety and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of club operations, including food & beverage, gaming, member services and event support.
As a key member of our front-line team, you'll help create memorable experiences for members and guests while maintaining the high service standards Bankstown Golf Club is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, café, restaurant and floor operations
- Build strong relationships with members and guests through genuine hospitality
- Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and venue standards
- Assist with daily club operations and support various departments as required
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a professional, customer-first approach
- Support functions, events and member activities when required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless venue operations
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and club policies and procedures
- Reliable transport required for evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach
- Reliable, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA & RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
