Commercial Property Manager / Commercial Division Lead
Eastern Suburbs, Perth | $130K+ Super (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

An opportunity to build and lead a commercial property division from the ground up, with the support of an established real estate business.

We are working with a well-established real estate agency looking for an experienced commercial property professional to develop and grow its commercial division.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing an existing portfolio. You'll have the autonomy to build a commercial rent roll, drive leasing and sales opportunities, implement systems and ultimately grow your own team.

Whether you're an experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to take the next step or an established Commercial Manager looking for the opportunity to build something of your own, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity 

• Take ownership of developing a commercial property division from the ground up.
• Grow a commercial management portfolio with support from an established BDM.
• Identify and pursue commercial leasing, sales and new business opportunities.
• Establish processes and have input into selecting and implementing commercial property management software.
• Build relationships with commercial landlords, tenants and investors.
• As the portfolio grows, have the opportunity to recruit and lead your own commercial team.

About You

We're open to speaking with commercial property professionals at different stages of their careers, provided you have a strong understanding of the commercial property sector.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in commercial property management, leasing or sales.
• A sound understanding of commercial leases and landlord relationships.
• The initiative and confidence to develop new business and grow a portfolio.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in building a division rather than simply managing an existing rent roll.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
