What will you be doing?

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial, domestic and strata clients
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and referral partners
• Provide professional insurance advice and deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Support complex commercial placements and client strategies
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities
• Develop and grow your own referral network
• Leverage existing referral opportunities while creating new ones
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brokerage

What do you need?

• Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking – essential
• Minimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance Broking
• Strong commercial insurance broking experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
• Experience with CBS, Sunrise and insurer platforms highly regarded
• Commercial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a portfolio
