Your new role
An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the team. Reporting into a Senior Partner, you will work on a range of commercial matters, such as advising on sales and purchases of business, reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements, and advising on commercial transactions for a variety of SMEs.

What you'll need to succeed

• A current Australian Practicing Certificate
• Ideally a minimum of 5 years' PAE in commercial law;
• Excellent commercial drafting abilities;
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills;
• A proactive attitude and team player working style.
