The Role:
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a manageable commercial portfolio while being supported across all aspects of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 80–100 commercial properties
• Coordinating property inspections
• Initiating and assisting with lease negotiations and renewals
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Managing day-to-day tenant and client enquiries
• Ensuring leases and property documentation remain compliant
• Assisting with basic reporting and general portfolio administration

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous Property Management experience – residential or commercial backgrounds considered
• A current Real Estate Licence
• A valid Australian driver’s licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within commercial property
• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
