THE ROLE
Managing a diverse portfolio, your day will include:
- End-to-end management of residential and commercial properties
- Full support provided
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with contractors and trades
- Ensuring properties remain compliant
- Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
You'll have the support of an experienced team around you, while being given the autonomy to manage your portfolio and continue developing your career.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing your commercial property knowledge
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Commercial experience isn't essential — this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong residential Property Manager who wants to broaden their experience and move into commercial.
