    • Delivering gym-based and hydrotherapy sessions while enjoying the flexibility of a community-based role.
    • Treating a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on NDIS participants and My Aged Care clients, from paediatric through to older adults.
    • Preparing reports for third parties and funding bodies.
    • Developing efficient systems to manage your workload effectively.
    • Promoting and growing the Exercise Physiology service within the team.
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to develop client-centred treatment plans.
    • Participating in regular team meetings focused on wellbeing, goal setting, professional development, and team growth.
    • Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

    What We Offer

We believe that supporting our team leads to better outcomes for our clients. You'll enjoy:

    • Above-award salary.
    • Flexible working arrangements with no weekend work.
    • A supportive, close-knit team culture that values collaboration and independence.
    • Paid documentation and note-writing time.

    • A strong focus on professional and personal growth.
    • Support to pursue your areas of clinical interest.
    • Realistic and achievable performance expectations.
    • Annual "Me Day" – one paid day off each year for any reason.
    • A work environment designed to reduce burnout and promote long-term career satisfaction.
