The Role
- Draft and negotiate construction and engineering contracts and advise clients on procurement strategies across a variety of projects
- Work on a mix of front-end matters with some exposure to construction disputes, including adjudications
- Collaborate with related practice areas such as WHS, insurance and commercial teams while supporting a diverse client base including contractors, consultants and government bodies
About You
- You will ideally have at least 4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law, with a focus on front-end construction work and some exposure to contentious matters
- Strong technical legal skills, sound commercial judgement and confidence in client-facing situations
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with attention to detail and an enthusiasm for contributing to team success and business development
