Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrates technical expertise, integrity and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organisation
- Demonstrates sound, fact-based decision making, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and contractors to help teams achieve goals
- Able to understand changing trends and developments within the Industrial Relations arena and understand and communicate their impact to the business
- Actively develops relationships with customers and Wood entities via regular contact and involvement. Demonstrates ability to develop long and short-term service relationships
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- International assignment/project experience in similar roles will be highly regarded
