They are now seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their warm, collaborative team in the Bayside area.

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload across clinic and community settings.

You will:

• Provide engaging, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions for paediatric clients
• Deliver therapy in a modern, well-resourced clinic environment
• Conduct outreach sessions in natural environments including homes, schools, and kindergartens
• Develop individualised, goal-directed therapy plans tailored to each child and family
• Support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans to ensure meaningful outcomes
• Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to best-practice care
• Stay up to date with current evidence-based paediatric approaches

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Genuine passion for paediatric and family-centred care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and evidence-based practice
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transport
