Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible contractor role with a supportive multidisciplinary team and a varied NDIS caseload?

Our client is a well-established and growing allied health provider delivering high-quality NDIS services throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Due to increasing demand, they are seeking an Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their collaborative team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants.

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Deliver person-centred occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across the Shoalhaven region
• Conduct functional assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Complete comprehensive reports and recommendations to support participant goals
• Provide ongoing therapy focused on independence, participation, and quality of life
• Conduct assistive technology assessments and recommendations
• Complete home modification assessments where appropriate
• Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members
• Deliver services in home, community, and telehealth settings
• Manage your own schedule and caseload with flexibility and autonomy

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Demonstrated commitment to working with people living with disability
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Strong report-writing and clinical reasoning abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload
• Current Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
• ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance for contractor engagement

• Community-based occupational therapy experience
• NDIS experience
• Home modifications assessments
• Assistive technology prescription and reporting
• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
