The Role
This position of Contracts Coordinator (Conveyancing Paralegal / Assistant) offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HQ legal team. Reporting to the Manager of Legal and Compliance, you will contribute to the success of the brand by delivering exceptional service and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- dealing with Solicitors
- prepare for and process settlements
- conducting searches
- provide compliance and best practice advice
- trust account receipting
- process contracts of sale, listings and preparation of correspondence
- File management for listing, sale and trust account records
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1-2 years' experience as a conveyancing paralegal or conveyancing assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Salary/Benefits
- Salary between $85K-$95K including Super + paid overtime.
- WFH 1 day a fortnight after training
