Core Talent are currently seeking NSW Licensed Electricians, Overseas Qualified Electricians and Electrical TAs for a major data centre fit-out project in Sydney’s North West.

With 10-hour shifts and a 13-day fortnight, this is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent hours, overtime and the potential for ongoing work.

💰 Pay RatesNSW Licensed Electricians

• $52.50 per hour
• OT1: $78.75 per hour
• OT2: $105.00 per hour
• • Hourly productivity allowance
• • Travel allowance

Overseas Qualified Electricians

• $50.00 per hour
• OT1: $75.00 per hour
• OT2: $100.00 per hour
• • Hourly productivity allowance
• • Travel allowance

Electrical Trade Assistants

• $43.00 per hour
• OT1: $63.50 per hour
• OT2: $86.00 per hour

🔧 The Work

• Data centre electrical fit-out
• Cable tray and containment installation
• Cable pulling and installation
• Rough-in and fit-out works
• General electrical installation duties
• Working alongside experienced electrical teams

📍 Project Details

• Location: Sydney North West
• Shifts: Days or afternoons available
• Hours: 10-hour days
• Roster: 13-day fortnight
• Minimum 5 weeks' work, with ongoing opportunities for the right candidates
• Easily accessible via public transport

✅ What We're Looking For

• NSW Electrical Licence OR overseas electrical qualification
• Electrical TAs with relevant construction/data centre experience
• Previous commercial, industrial or data centre experience highly regarded
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to commit to the full project
