Corporate Finance Manager - PE backed Technology

• Up to $170,000 base plus super

Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering with a PE backed Technology business with a search for a Corporate Finance Manager. This is a newly created position that will report into the CFO. You will play a crucial part in corporate finance and financial modelling & planning.

Advanced MS Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience required

The role:

• Lead financial modelling and analysis to support capital raises and funding rounds, including scenario planning and investor materials
• Manage due diligence, valuation work and business case analysis for M&A opportunities as they come up
• Own the cap table, debt facilities and covenant reporting, keeping the CFO ahead of any funding constraints
• Prepare board papers, investor updates and materials for existing and prospective investors
• Act as the CFO's right hand on ad hoc corporate finance projects as the business grows

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Experience in corporate finance, transaction services or investment banking, ideally with exposure to tech or SaaS
• Open to candidates making the move from investment banking into an industry role for the first time
• Advanced Excel skills, able to build complex financial models from scratch
• Comfortable working directly with investors, lenders and advisors
• Comfortable working as part of a small, fast-moving finance team
