The organisation is currently entering a high-growth expansion phase across the Asia-Pacific region and is strengthening its executive leadership capability to support regional growth, operational scalability, and institutional-grade governance.

2. Role Overview

The Corporate General Manager is responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and reviewing the overall operations and major functions of the organisation, including fund operations, finance, compliance, investor relations, and corporate services.

This role operates at the highest executive level, providing strategic leadership across the organisation and ensuring alignment between operational execution and long-term business objectives.

3. Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, develop, implement, and monitor organisational strategies, policies, and programs to achieve fund objectives

2) Direct,control and review the daily operations and management of the organisation by leveraging senior internal managers and subordinate executives and approve organisational policies to achieve fund objectives.

3) Establish operational standards, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks across all functions

4) Provide executive leadership across fund operations, investor services, compliance, and financial management

5) Assess organisational performance and respond to changing market, regulatory, and operational conditions by giving clear instructions and task assignments to direct reports and departmental managers.

6) Confer regularly with internal departmental heads, partners and direct reports as well as external senior stakeholders and advisors on finance, operations, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.

7) Authorise and oversee resource allocation, budgets, and major operational initiatives

8) Represent the organisation in investor meetings, government engagement, and strategic partnerships

9) Oversee the preparation of fund financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and investor reporting materials for both internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate the submission of such materials to the General Partner, Investment Committee, external auditors, and relevant regulatory or governing bodies for review and approval.

10) Lead, appoint, and manage senior personnel and ensure organisational capability aligns with growth objectives

4. What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 8+ years’ senior management experience in financial services, funds management, venture capital, or related industries

· Demonstrated experience leading and controlling organisational operations or major business units

· Strong capability in strategic planning, organisational leadership, and operational execution

· Proven experience in managing multiplecorporate services, investor operations, compliance, finance, other institutional or enterprise-level operational areas

· Experience operating within regulated environments (e.g. financial services, funds, banks, compliance frameworks)

· Ability to manage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across multiple regions (APAC preferred)

· Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Management, or a related discipline (highly desirable)

5. Remuneration

Senior executive role, within the Australian funds management and financial services sector.

Base Salary

· Annual base salary in the range of: AUD $180,000 – $300,000 per annum (depending on experience and capability)

Plus Performance-Based Incentives

· Eligibility for annual performance bonus linked to:

o Fund operational performance

o Strategic growth milestones

o Investor outcomes and capital raising targets
