CSSD Technician
- Clean, package and sterilise medical equipment, completing required documentation and following policies and industry standards.
- Carry out daily testing, monitoring and validation, and report non-conformances.
- Bring at least one year of CSSD experience, knowledge of AS 5369 and a Certificate III or higher in Sterilisation Services; support colleagues and contribute to a caring team.

About the role
Calvary Central Districts are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sterilisation Technician to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians to join our team with a focus on teamwork and development.
Your main duties will include:
- Ensure the cleaning, packaging and sterilisation of medical equipment is completed in a timely manner
- Complete documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures and industry standards
- Monitor compliance and report non-conformance using appropriate methods
- Participate with daily testing, monitoring and validation requirements
About you
- A minimum of 1 year experience working within CSSD
- Knowledge and understanding of AS5369
- Certificate III or above in Sterilisation Services
- A drive to learn and expand your knowledge base, as well as guide and support other staff.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation, demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
