WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Care Consultant for a Trade Store based in Newman. This is a Monday to Friday, 7.40am to 4.30pm, $39 per hour for Newman Locals.

What You Will Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for trade and retail customers
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing advice on a wide range of industrial products
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade store
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining a safe work environment
What You Will Need
- Previous customer service experience (retail or trade environment preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach
