Customer Service Representative - Pinkenba New
- Welcome and assist customers during a high-volume vehicle delivery period, providing basic product guidance.
- Support delivery operations through appointment coordination, vehicle staging, readiness activities, and final quality checks.
- Provide general administrative assistance and help move vehicles, including trade-ins and used vehicles.
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives / Admin Support to work with our client - well known car brand!
- Pinkenba, QLD
- $38 per hour + Super
- Duration: 10 November 2026 - 1 Dec 2026 (with potential to extend)
- Hours: 10:00 am – 4:30pm
- Roster: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
- Training provided on your first shift
About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to support a high-volume delivery period within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a hands-on role combining front-of-house customer service, administrative support, and operational assistance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers have a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience on an important day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
- Provide basic guidance on product features and functionality
- Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
- Assist with vehicle staging and readiness activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checks
- Support general administrative tasks as required
- Assist with movement of vehicles, including trade-ins and used vehicles
About You You are a confident and friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You bring:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A team-focused mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Flexibility and reliability across rostered shifts
- Valid Australian Drivers license is required
