Your Day-to-Day
- Guide customers through the hearing care journey.
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
- Answer customer enquiries and provide information on services and appointments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure a seamless experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve the best customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, healthcare, banking, administration or contact centres.
- A confident and friendly phone manner.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and information quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.
