The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a 12-month Maximum Term, Full-Time Data Analyst to join a collaborative team in our head office in Kewdale. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will help deliver timely and accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare recurring client reports and dashboards in line with contractual KPIs and reporting deadlines.
- Use Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to develop data visualisations and performance insights.
- Extract, cleanse, transform, and analyse data from operational, finance, and business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and accurate reporting outcomes.
- Maintain reporting documentation, version control, and compliance with data governance and HSEQ standards.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1+ years proven experience in a similar role, as well as the following attributes:
- Experience in a reporting, administration, or data support role.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with knowledge of Power Query or similar tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely reports.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage routine tasks, follow reporting procedures, and learn new systems quickly.
