Requirements
The role of a HCM Data Migration Specialist involves planning, executing, and validating data migration activities as part of system implementation, upgrade, and modernization projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing end-to-end data migration strategies tailored to HRIT modules.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Supporting system configuration validation and payroll calculations.
- Conducting payroll process testing and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing comprehensive training to client stakeholders on using HCM Payroll effectively.
- Advising on variances in results between legacy and target Payroll systems.
- Documenting configuration decisions, processes, and any customizations made during implementation.
- This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and stakeholder leadership, enabling the delivery of high-quality, compliant data outcomes across enterprise platforms.
Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
