Ideal for a senior technical leader who enjoys balancing engineering governance, resource management and systems engineering excellence.

• Strong engineering experience with 10+ years applying systems engineering principles in complex environments.
• 5+ years' experience in technical leadership, resource planning and engineering management.
• Strong background in systems design, integration, configuration management and engineering governance.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree required.

Lead Systems Engineer | MelbourneA hands-on technical leadership role focused on complex software-intensive systems, architecture, integration and customer-facing engineering delivery.

• Strong experience in systems engineering, systems integration and software-based solutions.
• Strong expertise in Linux, networking, network security, XML and virtualisation technologies.
• Proven experience across requirements' management, system design, integration, testing, verification and validation.
• Ability to lead technical decisions, define architectures and work closely with software and hardware development teams.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.

Senior Systems Engineer | MelbourneJoin a highly technical engineering team delivering complex software and system integration projects across the full systems engineering lifecycle.

• Strong systems engineering experience in complex, software-driven environments.
• Strong capability in requirements analysis, system design, integration, verification and validation activities.
• Experience using systems engineering tools such as DOORS and managing engineering artefacts.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance, safety-critical systems, cybersecurity and integrated logistics support considerations.
• Degree qualified in Systems, Software or Electronics Engineering.

Project Engineering Manager | MelbourneLead the delivery of complex engineering projects, providing technical leadership while managing multidisciplinary teams and project engineering outcomes.

• Significant experience applying systems engineering principles to complex software and integrated system projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, technical scope, risk and project delivery.
• Strong systems integration expertise with the ability to manage complex technical challenges and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience across systems engineering management plans, testing strategies, safety, human factors, cybersecurity and supportability.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree required.

• NV1 Clearance
• Systems engineering process experience, full lifecycle ideal.
