Job Summary:
We need someone with strong SuccessFactors functional understanding who can work as a Tech Delivery Lead-participating in and driving workshops alongside the SME, as well as contributing to release planning.
Accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes for SAP SF, ensuring solutions meet business needs, quality standards, timelines, and governance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end to end delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions meet agreed business objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery activities across business and technology workstreams
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, testing, and operational readiness
- Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and inter market impacts, escalating where required
- Coordinate SMEs, delivery partners, and vendors to achieve integrated outcomes
- 5+years' experience leading complex business or technology initiatives across large Organisation
- Strong understanding of end to end delivery lifecycle, including requirements, build, test, and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior business owner and decision maker
- Experience working within formal governance, assurance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior business and technology leaders
- Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery management capabilities
