Our Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Dental Assistant to join our Ballina centre on a casual basis.
Our modern 3-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be welcomed into a genuine, supportive team that takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

• Monday and Thursday (8am - 6pm) availability is essential

• Weekend work on a rotational basis - higher hourly rates apply!

• Handy Ballina Fair Shopping Centre location, with parking, transport options and everyday shopping conveniences close by

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception is preferred

• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols

• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care

• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
