Despatch Officer - Dry Creek, Adelaide
- Coordinate regional and interstate deliveries, including transport bookings, consignment notes and delivery tracking.
- Prepare run sheets, labels and documentation, and support external storage contractors.
- Provide administrative support and respond to queries from staff, customers, transport providers and drivers.

The Position
- Full-time permanent position. (Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM)
- Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries
- Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
- Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries
- Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors
- Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
- Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails
About you
- Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or Clerical role – grads seeking to establish a career in transport/despatch encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident liaising with a variety of people across various teams and functions – including customers, transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.
- Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectively
- Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet
