RATAIL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

·Manage the daily operations of the service station and convenience store.

·Supervise, train and roster retail staff.

·Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.

·Manage stock control, inventory levels and supplier ordering.

·Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and retail standards.

·Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer service issues.

·Monitor cash handling procedures, banking and point-of-sale operations.

·Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation.

·Prepare operational reports and assist with budgeting and cost control.

·Recruit, train and develop team members to maintain high service standards.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·Relevant qualification in Business, Retail Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

·At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Retail Manager.

·Demonstrated experience managing staff and retail operations.

·Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

·Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.

·Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
