Im currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, multi-award-winning property group with a strong presence in property management, development, and finance.
As an experienced Property Manager, youll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of 200, across Perths inner-city and southern suburbs. The role will see you overseeing the full leasing life cycle, building strong relationships with homeowners and tenants, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio, all supported by excellent internal systems and a collaborative team.
Key requirements: Current WA Property Management Registration Valid driving licence Residential portfolio management experience Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Organised, proactive approach Property Tree experience (advantageous)
