Our client, a leading Australian provider in 3PL distribution of consumer products, is seeking hardworking and reliable Pick Packers to join their expanding team based in Eastern Creek. Position Details:

Location: Eastern Creek

Schedule: Monday to Friday (ongoing)

Shifts Available: Day shift: 7:00 am 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $32 per hour + penalties
- Additional: Weekend and overtime opportunities (flexibility highly regarded)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Pick and pack products with accuracy and efficiency
-
Stage and prepare completed orders for dispatch
-
Operate manual pallet jacks
-
Stack pallets and manage pick/pack processes
-
Assist with general hand duties and housekeeping
-
Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience in a similar pick packing role
-
Experience using pick-to-light systems and conveyors
-
Strong manual handling capability (repetitive lifting involved)

High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
-
Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

Flexibility with shifts and availability to commence immediately

Own reliable transport (mandatory)

Pre-Employment Requirements:
