Forklift Operator!

Our client is a global leader in flexible, resilient and eco-responsible vinyl flooring, linoleum and wall coverings. We’re currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team for an initial four-week assignment, with the potential to extend.

The Role;

This is a hands-on warehouse position suited to an experienced forklift operator who is confident working with both standard and oversized freight in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on Offer

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• $37.01 per hour
• Initial 4-week assignment
• Potential for an extension based on business requirements

What you'll be doing;

• Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Loading, unloading and moving stock safely
• Manual handling of items up to 15kg
• Picking and packing orders
• Dispatch operations
• Inbound receipting and putaway
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Safely handling awkward and oversized freight

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• A current Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Previous warehouse experience, handling awkward, bulky or oversized freight
• The ability to safely manually handle items up to 15kg
• Full availability for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
