Our esteemed Federal Govt. client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect – PV Cleared for a long term contract role!
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of systems and software that solve complex business problems. This role will play a critical part in shaping Defence capability projects, ensuring alignment with mission data design standards and architectural patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement and manage complex relationships and identifying risks.
- Recommend strategies to mitigate risks to capability delivery in line with Top Secret Integration as a Service (TSIaaS).
- Establish and maintain technical engagement mechanisms to foster collaboration and partnership.
- Interpret and communicate high‑level architectures and design patterns to guide integrated Defence solutions.
- Assess emerging Defence capability solutions to validate requirements and capture new needs.
- Collaborate with business units and technical directors to align Defence customer expectations with ICT capability.
- Contribute to continuous business improvement initiatives.
Technical skills:
Essential:
- At least 5 years’ experience providing technical services to Defence capability projects.
- Strong leadership experience and skill as a technical leader.
- Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
Desirable:
- Qualifications in relevant technical discipline/s.
- Experience providing technical directions to projects delivering complex software solutions.
