About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a busy retail store in the heart of Melbourne Central.
Representing a globally recognised brand with a strong reputation for innovation, quality and performance, you'll take full ownership of store operations, commercial results and team development.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive store performance across sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and overall profitability.
- Take ownership of daily store operations, rostering, payroll and workforce planning.
- Analyse sales trends, customer traffic and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create a positive, engaging team culture through regular feedback, coaching and development.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the store's customer base.
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members to support long-term business success.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager.
- A strong background in fashion, footwear, sportswear or high-volume retail.
- Proven experience achieving sales budgets and driving commercial KPIs.
- A genuine passion for people leadership, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong operational experience across stock management, rostering, payroll and loss prevention.
- A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive, energetic personality with a passion for retail and delivering results.
