Home Care Support Worker
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with domestic tasks and personal care as needed.

About You
- Live and can support our customers in either:
- Batemans Bay, Moruya and surrounding areas or
- Narooma and surrounding areas
- Hold an Australian Driver’s Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 8am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters may be available for experienced Carers)
- Able to complete our 2-week paid training program
- Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
What We Offer
- Open to entry-level and experienced carers
- $32.61 - $36.59 p/h + super
- Paid travel time + $0.92 p/km allowance + company phone
- Contract:
- New Entrants: Casual contract
- Experienced Carers (12+ months experience and/or relevant qualification): 30 – 40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
Your Role

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
- Entry-level: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep and household support
- Experienced: Personal care (showering, toileting, medications), social support and domestic duties
- Most importantly provide companionship and brighten someone’s day
