When you join the Equipment Finance team, you’ll become part of the broader Westpac Third party Equipment & Finance business division – where we aim to provide a dynamic and supportive team working for a single aim; to be one of the world’s great service companies.

What will I need? 
 

• Provide superior sales support to EFMs, BDMSs and Brokers.

• Be responsible for retaining and growing customer value by fulfilling broker customer needs and enquiries through unmatched services and achieving sales targets and net promotor score objectives;

• Work closely with the key internal stakeholders; such as Operations, Credit, Local Business Bankers, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Introducers; to successfully contribute to a breakaway customer experience.

• Act to balance service levels, operational effectiveness, and quality and risk exposures; and

• Have a passion for customers and improve their experience by focussing on improving the drivers of customer experience.
