CANDIDATE POOL - COLD STORAGE REACH FORKLIFT OPERATORS
- Seeking experienced high reach forklift operators with cold storage experience.
- Must be able to work a roster from Monday to Friday with various AM shifts.
- Immediate starts available with a competitive pay rate.
Labourforce have several clients based in the centrally around Perth Airport and we are currently seeking experienced HIGH REACH Forklift Operators, with COLD STORAGE experience.
About the role:
- Must be able to work a roster from Monday - Friday
- AM Shifts on Offer (10am-6pm OR 7am-3pm OR 3am-11am)
- Pay rate from $35p/h (casual loading included) + hourly freezer allowance (+ early morning penalties for the 3am start)
- Chiller & Freezer environment, pick packing food products on a high reach forklift (use of double deep reach to collect two pallets at a time)
- Immediate starts available!
You will need:
- Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours are full time)
- High Reach Forklift operator experience essential (minimum 2 years)
- Experience working in Chiller & Freezer environments essential (minimum 6 months)
- Double Deep Forklift experience ideal (camera attachments)
- Have excellent recent pick pack experience in busy DC
- Willing to train the right applicants
- Previous experience with and able to meet KPI's
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be computer literate
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be fit, healthy and able to perform heavy lifting when required
- High level of pride in work
- Ability to work well within a team environment
