- Provide B2B customer service and support profitable sales for a global lighting company.
- Manage the order book and expedite project orders, working across sales, operations and project teams.
- Bring at least one year of local B2B customer service experience; lighting industry experience is advantageous, with SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
