Labourforce is currently seeking reliable Voice Pickers / Forklift Operators to join a busy distribution centre in Northgate, QLD, supporting operations for Provet.

This is a multi-faceted warehouse role — not strictly forklift operating.
About the Role
Successful candidates will begin working in the dock area, assisting with picking and packing orders and unloading containers across the site. Once familiar with operations, workers will transition into the voice picking section.
For candidates without high reach experience, training opportunities may be provided following successful performance in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading containers
- Preparing stock for delivery
- Voice picking using warehouse systems
- Assisting with forklift operations where required
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Following site safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
- Forklift (LF) Licence advantageous but not essential
- Ability to perform manual handling duties
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work across different warehouse tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
