• $95,000 - $100,000 + Super + Benefits + Bonus | North Sydney NSW, 2 days WFH
• 6-12 Month Fixed Term Contract with opportunity to extend using ADP Globalview

Great opportunity for an ADP GlobalView specialist to support payroll processing, projects, upgrades and continuous improvement.

THE ROLE

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls across Australia and New Zealand
• End-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with Awards, EBAs and legislation
• Act as a Super User for ADP GlobalView, assisting with system queries, testing and enhancements
• Support payroll and HR teams with payroll systems and process-related queries
• Manage employee payroll enquiries including expat and inpat payrolls
• Month-end reporting and calculations including PAYG, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and labour costing reports
• Maintain employee payroll records and leave entitlements
• Work closely with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, team training and system upgrades
• Support audit requirements and payroll compliance activities

THE PERSON

• Proven end-to-end payroll experience using ADP GlobalView is essential
• Strong understanding of Awards, EBAs, payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements
• Kronos experience is desirable
• Strong systems capability with the ability to drive process improvements and support upgrades
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
