This is an initial 8-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support across a range of enquiries. Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service while ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
- Investigating and following up on customer requests and applications
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely outcomes
- Processing administrative tasks and customer documentation
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Delivering a positive customer experience at every interaction
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service, contact centre or customer support experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach
- Experience within banking, insurance, superannuation, lending or broader financial services will be highly regarded
- Availability to commence immediately
