Your new role
Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will play a key role across a broad range of restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation matters. You can expect exposure to:

  • Corporate restructuring and turnaround matters
  • Corporate and personal insolvency
  • Bankruptcy matters
  • Recovery and enforcement proceedings
  • Insolvency-related investigations and claims
  • Shareholder and director disputes
  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  • Cross-border and multi-party litigation

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-5 years' post-admission experience
  • Experience in restructuring, insolvency, commercial litigation or dispute resolution
  • Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience managing matters and client relationships
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal issues
  • The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • A genuine interest in developing your expertise within restructuring, insolvency and disputes
