Family Lawyer 1-10PAE

A boutique family law practice in one of Perth’s idyllic riverside suburbs is looking to add a Family Lawyer to its team.

The firm has built a strong reputation for a practical, client-focused approach, offering full-service representation alongside flat fee and unbundled options for clients who need it. The work covers property settlements, parenting matters, divorce, spousal and de facto maintenance, consent orders and restraining orders, with mediation and arbitration also part of the mix.

This role suits a lawyer anywhere from 1 to 10 years PAE. You’ll run your own file load with support from experienced colleagues, and get direct exposure to a broad range of family law work rather than being confined to one narrow area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a caseload across property, parenting and financial matters
• Advising clients directly and appearing where required
• Drafting agreements, consent orders and court documents
• Working alongside a small, experienced team in a genuinely collegial office

What you’ll need:

• Admission to practice in WA
• 1–10 years PAE in family law
• Sound file management skills and the confidence to run matters with appropriate support
• A client manner suited to people going through a difficult time
