BB Building Services is a Griffith-based construction company delivering commercial building, roofing and cladding, steel shed and modular projects across regional NSW. We are continuing to grow our government and commercial project portfolio and are looking for a capable Project Manager who can take ownership of delivery, support our supervisors and crews, and help maintain strong standards across safety, quality, programme and client communication.

About the role

This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of construction projects from handover through to completion, working closely with the Director, Operations Manager, supervisors and field crews. You'll oversee day-to-day delivery across a varied portfolio of commercial, roofing, cladding, shed and modular projects, ensuring work is well planned, safely executed and delivered to a high standard.

Based in Griffith / Hanwood, this full-time role involves travel to regional NSW project sites, with working away from home required as projects demand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from handover to completion.
• Coordinating labour, supervisors, subcontractors, materials, plant and site logistics ahead of mobilisation.
• Planning project programmes, monitoring progress and productivity, and adjusting resources as required.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and site presentation while minimising delays and rework.
• Driving site safety and compliance, including SWMS, PPE, plant controls and site-specific requirements.
• Leading and supporting supervisors, leading hands and field crews, setting clear expectations and promoting accountability.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and subcontractors, raising potential delays, risks, variations and resourcing needs early.
• Coordinating project close-out, handovers and completion documentation.

What we're looking for

You'll be a practical, organised and proactive professional who takes ownership, plans ahead and follows tasks through to completion. You're comfortable working across both office and site environments, communicating with trades and supervisors, and making sound decisions to keep projects moving.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Construction project management or strong site and project coordination experience.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and oversee programmes, materials and plant.
• A sound understanding of work health and safety, SWMS, quality standards and site compliance.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Excellent organisation, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• A current Australian driver's licence.
• A trade or construction background will be highly regarded.

Experience in roofing, sheds, modular construction, commercial building or regional construction projects would be advantageous.
