FIFO Cleaning Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations at Hamilton Village.
- Assist the Village Manager with rostering and departmental organisation.
- Train and support cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained.

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at our Hamilton Village located in Western Australia.
This position is very hands on within the team, whilst also assisting the Village Manager in the running of the department, including rostering and organising and supervising the work.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Grade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position.
At least 6 months work experience in cleaning in commercial/hotel accommodation, preferably in the hospitality industry.
At least 6 months experience of supervising a team.
The ability to train / assist in staff training
Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
A good eye for detail
Good communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure
Remote work experience (highly regarded)
Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence
