Inventory Controller
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure correct stock movements.
- Analyse forecasts, stock trends, and demand requirements.
- Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
CoreStaff is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join a well established manufacturing business in Adelaide.
This is a temporary full time role for approximately three months, providing maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will support inventory control, purchasing, forecasting and stock reconciliation across a busy production environment.
This role commences in October 2026.
About the Role:
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock movements are processed correctly
• Raising, reviewing and updating purchase orders and goods received information
• Analysing forecasts, stock trends and demand requirements
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment requirements
• Liaising with transport providers to ensure goods are received on time
recommendations
About You:
• Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, accounts or supply chain
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or construction environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience with stocktakes, reconciliations and inventory reporting
• Previous team leader or coordinator experience
• Certificate IV in Logistics, Supply Chain or Purchasing would be highly regarded
