Forklift Drivers Wanted in Broadmeadows

Programmed is currently seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators (LF) to join our client, a leading distributor of automotive replacement parts, accessories and service items, based in Broadmeadows, Melbourne.

Our client supplies commercial and retail automotive stores, supporting their operations through efficient warehousing, inventory management and distribution. They are seeking committed forklift operators for ongoing, long-term opportunities.

What's on offer

• Location: Broadmeadows, Northern Suburbs

• Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts Available

• Monday to Friday

• Ongoing work with long-term opportunities

About your new role

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

• Performing stocktakes and stock replenishment

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners

• Assisting with receiving and dispatch duties

• Completing general warehouse and manual handling tasks

• Lifting items weighing up to 25kg

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

• Meeting productivity targets and following workplace health and safety procedures

About you

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience

• Experience operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts

• Strong warehousing background with a consistent work history

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting KPIs

• Available to commit to Monday-to-Friday work

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg

• Comfortable spending up to 70% of the shift performing general warehouse duties and manual handling

• Full Australian working rights
