Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Phase Leader to join our growing Master Rebuild Centre team in Brisbane, QLD. You will work closely with the technicians and trade assistants, coaching and developing their skills.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation

  • Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and trade assistants

  • Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Relevant Mechanical Qualification is required

  • Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products

  • Experience in team supervisory capacity is preferred but not essential

  • Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment
