Property Network of Australia is seeking a Lease Administrator (Job Share - 3 Days) to join a dynamic property asset management group based in Brisbane CBD. The company delivers investment solutions and manages a diverse asset portfolio, emphasising strategic growth and sustainable value. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in lease administration, tenancy documentation, and portfolio data integrity who is keen to take on a 3 day per week role.

This newly created role operates in a job-share arrangement (Tuesday to Thursday), managing end-to-end lease administration and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless stakeholder collaboration. You will act from a landlord perspective, supporting asset managers, tenants, and legal counsel.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage lease documentation for retail, medical, and commercial assets
  • Maintain data integrity in property management and lease administration systems
  • Coordinate rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations, and issue notices to tenants
  • Monitor arrears, manage rental collections, and liaise with tenants and finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with state legislation and internal governance frameworks
  • Assist in preparing lease administration and asset performance reports

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in lease administration within commercial, retail, or healthcare property
  • Strong knowledge of state-based retail leasing legislation and commercial property principles
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high-level data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
