About the role
A great opportunity to join our Pakenham team has become available. You will work as part of a team servicing customers' needs across a broad range of equipment.
The focus of the role will be to troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair Onsite equipment & buildings, prior to or during rental, in accordance with manufacturer & OHS requirements.
In conjunction with this you will also:
- Carry out all electrical inspections and maintenance
- Inspect equipment on return, clean and prepare for re-hire
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Break down and repairs
- Programmed servicing / engine servicing
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualified – electrical
- Forklift, EWP or OHS cards/licences not essential but are highly regarded
- Valid motor vehicle license
- Hire industry experience (Highly regarded)
- Excellent customer-facing skills, both oral and written
- High attention to detail & ability to problem solve
