We are seeking a compassionate and professional Receptionist to join our supportive, residentfocused team and play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and wellorganised environment from day one.

You will commence with us in early September 2026 and work closely with the commissioning team to support the successful setup of the new home.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of frontdesk and administrative support, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

This role requires a highly organised individual who is comfortable learning new systems, maintains discretion, and communicates effectively with a wide range of people.

Experience in aged care or healthcare is highly desirable.
